FinTech firm MatchMove has struck a deal to acquire a “strategic stake” in eCommerce solutions company Shopmatic, according to reports. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Singapore-based ShopMatic said the new partnership aims to gain new customers and boost its growth.
